MY ALLSTATE HORROR STORY

Allstate Insurance Sucks

Over four years ago I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. I was rear-ended at 40 mph by a driver who was insured by Allstate. My lower back, right hip and right knee were injured. I am writing after just having come home from Physical Therapy for injuries I incurred in that accident. Yes, four years later I am still in pain and still deal with the injuries on a regular basis. I hope to have children one day (I'm just 24 now) and I may have to be bedridden during part of my pregnancy because my body may not be able to handle carrying around the extra weight.

This accident has affected my life enormously and will continue to do so. Allstate has offered me 1/5 of what we were told during an arbitration my case is worth. They seem to feel that because I wasn't working at the time of the accident or supporting a family that my time and suffering have little or no value. I hate that in this country some clumsy woman can spill a little hot coffee on herself and be awarded millions but I who through absolutely no fault of my own will probably never be 100% healthy again and because of how awful and cheap Allstate is, will not be properly compensated.   If tomorrow I could wake up and never have any of the pain or limitations I now have, then I wouldn't seek a penny. Money is not going to make me better, but it will make me feel better emotionally.

Thank You.

People, please wake up before it happens to you!

Our Only Hope

Allstate Insurance Sucks"There is no incentive for insurance companies to do what is right, such as live up to the promises made in their policies. Tort reformers fueled by insurance money think big business and the insurance industry need to be protected against "runaway juries." It's the other way around. Big business and the insurance industry have always been able to take care of themselves. The little people need protection from them. This country was founded on the common law right of the little guy to get into court with his hired gun to fight the oppressor, be it big government or big business. Take that away and we have nothing left. Look around. It's being whittled away, bit by bit, caps on damages here, restrictions on jury trials there. It won't end until we recognize the enemy and join together to take a stand against them. It will take the little people to do this together".
